Description of Work: I think they know what they are doing but we're in a hurry to collect and leave and afterwards I discovered that several heads were not set properly and I have several dry spots without coverage and other areas where there the water should not reach.

Description of Work: My system had not been run in years and I thought and inspection and tuneup was a good idea. On first visit the tech had no interest at all. Anything that wasn't working properly he just said needed replacing. He didn't really 'adjust or clean' anything. He tried to leave and I had to make him stop and set the timer. I complained to the company because the sprinklers in the front were shooting into the neighbors yard and into a tree. The same tech returned this time with a good attitude, made several adjustments and replaced a head at a reasonable price. Since then the sprinklers are still aiming a bit off, but I will adjust them myself. I believe you can probably get the same service on a free inspection as he did on the first visit. The owner of the company was friendly and professional on the phone.
