I was not aware of your system, so his request for follow up was not received by me. Please do a better job on your web page to confirm with users and providers how to make contact with each other.

 + -1 moreThe person was very knowledgable and patient. Answered every question and made adjustments after asking my concurrence. The entire system was surveyed (it is fairly large) and several leaks in the lines were identified. While not part of the 'big deal' package, they were repaired for a very nominal charge which the savings in my water bill will pay for in one billing cycle. I definitley recommend All About Irrigation.
Description of Work: Checked the irrigation system's sprinkler heads, their spray zones, the functioning and scheduling of our lawn's 7 zones. Made recommendations for what setting changes might be made.

 + -1 moreBrandon arrived on time and quickly went to work evaluating the system. He found the source of the leak (bad valve) and offered to replace. He did not have the valve on the truck but said he would pick it up between other service calls and return between 2 and 3 in the afternoon. He arrived in the afternoon as stated and replaced the valve. He then relocated and replaced an existing head and then cycled through all the zones. He adjusted the spray pattern on the individual heads as he cycled through the zones. We were very satisfied with the service and will use All About Irrigation for future irrigation needs.

Description of Work: I bought a deal from All about Irrigation to come out and check my sprinkler system. They were very quick to respond and schedule a visit to perform this service. The tech arrived yesterday and he as extremely nice and knowledgeable. He looked at all of my sprinkler heads and adjusted a few of them to insure proper watering. He noticed a few items needed to be fixed and took care of that for me. I would most definety use this company again for any sprinkler issues I have moving forward.

 + -1 moreIt was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. I had to pay additional for the repairs but I was pretty happy that they were able to make the repairs. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I used All About Irrigation to disconnect some sprinkler heads and a full sprinkler head had to be replaced. He gave us a new main switch component because the builder gave us a cheap one.

Description of Work: We thought we had a leak in our sprinkler system so he checked EVERYTHING and said it was actually the timer not being set to the right ratios and fixed it. He also replaced broken sprinkler heads and repositioned them all to more efficiently cover our lawn.

There were some extra charges, but we knew going in that there would be because we had one rotor that was not working. They were prompt, which is the biggest thing you have with some of these contractors. It's just getting them out to do the work. They were great.

Description of Work: I turned on the sprinkler system for the first time this year and noticed it wasn't working correctly. So, looked on Angie's List for a company to work on my system. Noticed All About Irrigation had a good rating an a coupon for a sprinkler check-up. I spoke with John, the owner,he was very friendly and professional, and he got be scheduled for the end of week. Brandon called the day of appointment to let me know he was on his way, very punctual. He showed up on a very rainy day and checked the sprinklers, readjusted one, and was able to find a major leak in our system, even though it was raining!! Brandon was very thorough and professional.

He also discussed the part of the repair that the utility company had damaged, and that he would be glad to talk to them if necessary.

Called the company and Mr. Kaiser was very apologetic about the missed appointment. Anyone can make a mistake, its how the company handles the mistake that matters.Rescheduled and everything went fine. Would certainly call them again.

For sanitation purposes, the water department requires that the valve be tested or replaced every 5 years and a report submitted. I selected this company based on favorable Angie's List reports. I called them on Friday and the owner said he would send a technician out on Monday morning. The technician arrived early and explained briefly the work to be performed. He was courteous and professional in manner. I had not requested an estimate, but the fee was less than expected.

I was told that a service call was $60, but for $70 they would check the entire system. I chose to have the full inspection. Andy showed up on time at 8 a.m. and performed an inspection of our sprinkler system. He let us know that he would begin work on the leak repair right away if we wanted. The hourly rate is $70. He repaired the leak and changed out broken sprinkler heads. He also recommended changes to our sprinkler system program times. He was finished within 2 1/2 hours.
Description of Work: Andy performed a complete inspection of our sprinkler system ($70). He located the source of our leak and repaired it. He also replaced several broken sprinkler heads.

Description of Work: After my initial contact, I received a prompt call back from the owner, who explained the services provided by the company, the individual who would be servicing my request, the price schedule and and the exact day and time I could expect a visit. On the day and time promised a very nice gentleman rang the doorbell, and after explaining my concerns, he got straight to work. I been told all kinds of things from other individuals, from needing a new controller to needing a completely new system. None of these were the case. The unit in question was, in fact, in working condition. The problem was actually a malfunctioning electric plugin which needed replacement. Having accomplished this, he methodically checked out all of the zones, explained and showed me the lay of the land, and discussed future plans given our landscaping and deck plans. Ours is a recently purchased home with a completely non-functional system at the time of acquisition. It is a pleasant change of pace to deal with a straight ahead, honest contractor who is knowledgeable and willing to give a customer alternatives. We'll be calling them back when we landscape this spring.
