Turns out the first service guy had accidently knocked loose a wire which prevented it from heating up. I thought it was very honest of the second guy & the company to tell us the truth. He could of very easily made up a lie and charged us. Instead he was honest and there was no fee since it was their mistake from the first time around. Thanks you Aire Serv!

They let us know when they were on their way over. They did great work. We were pleased with their work and the people. It was very hot last summer and the ac unit had frozen up. They got it working just perfectly. After the positive Big Deal experience, we bought a semi-annual maintenance contract with them for $139. They came in October of 2012 for an inspection and fixed and issue for $920. We renewed our contract with them for $99. Their prices are reasonable. We have been using them for a little over a year now.

They came out as soon as possible and they gave us a good quote.

Having drawn on Aire Serv the previous week, we called again when my wife's asthma problems were not relieved. The same technician returned, again promptly within the two-hour window, calling first. He did see that mold had started to regrow on the heat exchanger. The technician inspected the ductwork, then came down to explain problems and options. He suggested different possibilities for the work (all major repairs), including the pros and cons of doing the repairs piecemeal, and the reasons for his recommendations. While he was at the house, he also cleared the dryer vent and replaced an air filter that is hard for us to reach, at no additional charge beyond the service call. He was in no way pushy about the recommendations, and left his mobile number in case we had specific questions for him about the recommendations. He was courteous and personable throughout the visit, and left no messes.

Technician was on time, explained what he was going to do, and said he would inform me if he found anything wrong. Once he finished the maintenance he came back and informed me that the system was in good shape, and nothing needed to be replaced at the moment. He did make a couple of recommendations that I might want to make, and I am considering them. He was very pleasant and informative.

Almost instantly our unit cooled our house well and properly! We were thrilled with Aire Serv and will definitely seek their services again, as needed.

I've used these people for about the last 5 years. This spring I scheduled twice for the annual a/c checkup. Failed to show up both times within an hour of when they were supposed to and they were early morning appointments. They called the first time to say their driver failed to show up that day. The second time we called them to cancel because we had to go out. They used to be punctual but we're going with someone else.

These guys are always prompt, professional and thorough with their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I initially called them after searching Angie's List. My upstairs central air was not working. They came out, replaced the freon, and did a few things at a cost of around $250. The A/C only worked a couple of days. We called again to tell them it wasn't working again. They seemed to think this was a new call (no record of the previous call). After looking at my A/C unit, the service representative told me I needed a whole new system at $6,000 or at least an air handler at $3,000, he gave me brochures. My husband called another company who came out, fixed a sensor at a cost of $80 and it has been working ever since. Air Serve is now calling me wanting $75 for coming out to look the second time! Very expensive for the first call and did not fix the problem, tried to sell me a new system (our house is only 5 years old) then wants me to pay $75 for asking them to come back within the same week of the initial visit when I realized the y had not fixed the unit. Will not call again.

Sent them a request via web page and they called and were out the next morning. Had me up and running in no time which was a good thing since it got down into the 20's the next night. Did great work and the man who came out did a great job.

We called them late on a Monday they came out on Tuesday, took some of the boxes off of the wiring and such apart in the crawl space. He told my husband that he couldn't do the work, that we needed an electrician. He charged us $70 left everything undone, my husband went down to Black's Electric and picked up another electrical box and did the repair himself the next day. He had had the flu and didn't really want to do it, but oh well.

Nick called me exactly on time for directions and arrived on time. He was very professional and explained the problem completely. He answered all my questions and he went into details that I could understand. He did not try to sell me things I did not need, but explained what the long term effects. I well use again.

Airserv did an excellent job on the installation of my air conditioning unit. They arrived at my house on time and cleaned up everything before they left. I also thought they charged a reasonable price as well.

They were very responsive and the price was cheap. My air conditioner is working fine now. Of course, it didn t take long to do what they did; they were efficient. I think they did more than just recharge the Freon; it works, though, so I am happy with the service.

This is the first time we've used Aire Serv, and we were very pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. They gave us a report, and we've had no problems since with our heater.

They provided us with a great service. They were easy to talk to and were able to answer all of our questions. They showed up twice a year to make sure everything was running properly for our air conditioning and heating unit. We have been using them for the seven years and all the service people have been very friendly.
