Glenn was very professional. Called when it appeared he would be late. When he was here, he was professional and discussed our options. He did a good job installing the central vac.

Service was prompt and efficient. Glen was very pleasant and informed us whenever he was going to be delayed and kept up with our warranty company in a timely manner. We have yet to fully adapt our old system which needs further assistance from the installer, but are very happy eith the new unit. I hope the final installation will be as timely and effiecient as the intitial installation.
