 + -1 moreWe could not have been more pleased with the quality of Adrian's inspection. He arrived at 2:00pm for the inspection and was there for over 3 hours. I feel like most people would have rushed an inspection on Friday afternoon, but he was so thorough and patiently explained all of his findings to us. He checked every square inch of our house, climbed all over the roof, and crawled the entire length of the very small crawl space under our house. After he completed the inspection, he went over everything again in detail and promised we would have his report before midnight. Since it was a weekend, we were not expecting the report, but true to his word, Adrian had the report to our agent by 11:30pm that night. His report was incredibly detailed, and including pictures of all the problems he found. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Adrian for your home inspection. His price is super reasonable, and knowing the quality of his work, we would have paid double what he charges! He's that good!
Description of Work: Adrian came out to do a home inspection on the 2500 sq foot house we were purchasing.

Description of Work: Advantage Inspection performed an inspection of our home for a buyer. All the items on the report were outside the scope of the home sales agreement. They were not structural but were cosmetic. For example, they said we should caulk around the exterior light fixtures on our brick home. If you ever need to replace the light fixture you cannot remove the caulk from the brick exterior. The correct way to seal an exterior light fixture would be to caulk around the wire that protrudes thought the brick wall. This is an example of the quality of their work.
