OK and his team worked so well with my great uncle and his medical alert! He had to use it several times and it was a blessing to know that he had help at the touch of a button.

Excellent!! The installers were professional, courteous, and clean. I have had nothing but great service, and the cost was much better than their competitors.

They did a great job with the installation. They even under sold us. When said we wanted all windows with sensor, they advised us to just do the first floor and one over our garage because those were the only windows anyone could realistically get through. They saved me hundreds of dollars. The monitoring price was amazing too!

Overall went well. Very happy with the equipment and the installers. I would hire again.

Was very pleased,most companies told me that I would have to go from scratch and be costly(yeah what I thought),Contacted OK Smith,he came out,made recommendations that not only was it cost efficient but very functional and upgraded,guys are really professional on attitudes plus knowledge.Oh and by the way if you need them or have any kind of questions they are there for you.
