AAA DON BRAGG TREE SERVICE

I don't remember all the details. It took a little while to get them here. Don Bragg had a number of other projects going on at the same time. He was very pleasant to work with. We have used him a number of times. His prices are better than most other tree services we have contacted. His men did the work that we had requested. They did not do a very good of cleaning up after the work. There were several areas around the house that we had to clean up ourselves afterwards.

I called this firm in late April to request that someone come and give us an estimate to take down 5 large (50-75') pines around our house. The office staff who answered was cordial and professional and made an appointment with me on the phone for someone to do that. She said he would call us first, to make sure we were home, etc. We agreed on one of two days that week that would work, and that was that. Or so I thought! Trouble is, no one ever called and no one ever gave us an estimate. If they decided we were too far away to be worth the trip, or the job we requested was too small to be worth it, that's fine, but tell us that! Don't just ignore us completely after saying you'll come talk to us! There are way too many competitors in our area for us to have to put up with that! I don't have time or patience for that kind of customer treatment! Don't make commitments you can't or won't keep! If you make a commitment, keep it!

They were in and out in less than a day and left little evidence that they had been here. Great job! They are a long established and insured local firm. The owner does the estimating and they delivered on all that he promised.

The AAA Tree Service did a quick and thorough job. They were here in about two days after I called. I thought the workers took care to do a good job. It was nice to have everything cleared away for us. Our yard looks nice again. I would recommend them to others.
