I trusted then and signed, my mistake. They increased the capacity of the unit without telling me. Why? This led to the need for new duct work. Verbal estimate: $3,000. Billed: $10,000+. Excuse: their salesman mis-spoke. Stuck the contract infant of me on may way to an appointment. I signed trusting the estimate was legit. It wasn't."
