It went quite well. There was extensive rotten wood needing to be replaced. The replacement was done professionally and in addition a sump pump, dehumidifier & 6 mil moisture barrier installed. A previously unknown plumbing issue ( not related to the project) was also pointed out. Mazle Gamez & his crew did a professional, thorough job on this project. Thank you, gentlemen!

I received 5 quotes for the work I needed done. Uneven Floor Solutions won the bid over larger companies because of their reviews, owner and employees which were exceptional! Had a partial french drain and sump pump installed inside of basement which was completed in a day. Waited until we had plenty of rain before writing this review. Masle and his employees did a perfect job; and I am a hard person to please. They were efficient, thorough, professional and experts in their field. Never have I seen such diligence and pride in one's work. I can't say enough about Uneven Floor Solutions and highly recommend them. Hope you are as fortunate as I was to finding them.

Francisco and his team were absolutely the best! I was skeptical to hire someone I did not personally know, but you will not have to talk with Francisco but a few minutes to know that he is the real deal. He knows his business and I trusted everything that he told me. I had several questions alone the way and always he was willing to stop what he was doing to explain. Also, he has never not answered the telephone when I call him. That means a lot!. I would recommend Francisco and his team to anyone. I would certainly have him do work for me again if the need arises.

Such an amazing process! In a matter of days, my house went from uneven floors and huge cracks in my walls to even floors. The gaps were completely closed in the cracks in my walls! Just amazing! Francisco and all of his employees were very professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about the entire process. I would highly recommend this company! I am very pleased with the results of their hard work!

Masle and his team were on time every day and provided all services requested and then some within the 5 day timeline provided (my basement is 754 square feet). Not only did Masle install the sump pumps and build a garage door drainage system, but he removed doors and shelf for inside storage closed and replaced, repaired/replaced an exterior door frame, rehung a closet door, removed additional wall to help me prep for faster drywall installation and his electrician installed two dedicated ground wall plugs for the sump pumps and marked them on my electrical panel box. I had to order a new door knob and lock for my outside storage and he offered to come back and install. I cannot say enough kind words about Masle and his team, except you will not be disappointed. Every time I asked him to do something, his reply was always, "No problem". Thank you Masle for providing awesome service!

Francisco and crew did a very good job. He was very professional and punctual throughout the process. We were very pleased with the results and would definitely use again for future projects.

They did a great job working a long day because I added installing the dehumidifier about half way through the job. When they arrived we talked through what they were going to do they thought it best to add some more drain tile which cost me no extra he said if we do it we do it right. Great job!!

They gave a complete estimate on what needs to Be done including installation of a sump pump, waterproofing and repairs to the foundation. It will completely fix the problem. They showed up when they said they would and provided a written description of all work to be done. They even planted grass over where they had to dig. Pay for quality work, not tv advertising.

Masle and his crew worked unbelievably fast, long hours, including weekends, if necessary. Even encountering unforeseen complications, the initial estimate did not change. i thought the price was very reasonable. They deserve better than just an A. A+++.

Francisco has to be the best service contractor of any trade. Very HONEST, responsive and great quality work. We had several other basement waterproof system contractors out, and all were clueless or gave inaccurate information. Francisco's knowledge and expertise was impressive. Now, after several months and heavy rains, the basement remains perfectly dry. We called Francisco back for some minor cosmetic sealing, and he responded perfectly again, on a weekend day. You won't regret calling Francisco

From the time we received the estimate, until work was completed, this company is over the top with service. All of the crew working at our house was courteous, and professional. Work was performed as expected, without any hiccups. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Masle and his crew couldn't have been better. A hot tub on our back deck had damaged the deck foundation on that side, and we needed to do something to reinforce it. Of all the companies we contacted, Masle's solution was the most straightforward and affordable. It also looks to be the most effective. Instead of tearing out a big hunk of the deck, he figured out which parts needed most reinforcement and added only the necessary number of new support piers and beams. He called my attention to wood beams and posts that needed to be replaced and did that at minimum cost. The deck was leveled, reinforced, and the few removed deck slats replaced in perfect condition - the whole job taking less than a day. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

Francisco and his crew did a really great job repairing my crawl space. They started within two weeks and completed a huge amount of work in just two days, leaving my place spotless after they had finished. He was very professional and always kept me informed as things progressed. I highly recommend using them to correct any crawl space or basement foundation related issues.

They were prompt. Got the job done sooner than we expected. This is a rental house so I was not able to see it. but Mr.Gomez took pictures and sent it to me. I was very pleased with that. They worked with my budget and this is actually my third time that I used them.

They did great job laying down the sealant. Took it 180 degree from dirt to lining that goes all the way through the house. Excellent job. Helped save on the heating bill tremendously at least 10% drop.

They did a terrific job even coming back quickly to fix a minor. I will recommend and use them, again.
