Description of Work: We have an older home and and the sellers said our fireplace and chimney were not to be used until repaired. Chimney Services checked it out, gave us a number of options and then did the work promptly and at the quoted price. Would use them again.

 + -1 moreWe had a troublesome leak from a chimney, I called them Dec. 26, they said they were busy but would try to visit. They showed up late the next day, a Friday, figured out the problem, offered a solution and we agreed on the job. On the 31st they showed up with the chimney cap they made in their shop; they installed it in less than an hour. It was the right solution to our problem for a fair price.

 + -1 moreIt went great. Cory came out to see what needed to be done, climbed up on the chimney and thoroughly inspected it to give me an accurate quote. The chimney was leaking, and it turned out that the rain pan on the main chimney had been damaged by the hail storm that damaged the roof. Cory's quote was reasonable, and his company could also clean and inspect the chimneys and reinstall the stone veneer that had to be removed to flash the chimney when the new roof was installed. Cory showed me pictures of shrouds that could be added to the top of the chimney, giving it a great look and protecting the rain pan and stove pipes that come up through, so we chose a simple barrel style. No more leaks. Clean chimneys. Great looking stone veneer chimney repair, great looking chimney shroud. Our family recommends Carolina Chimney Services!
Description of Work: Clean and inspect main chimney and stove pipe chimney from wood stove. Measure and make new rain pan for stone veneer chimney 7 feet x 4 feet with two stove pipes coming through it. Make and install custom shroud for 7x4 stone veneer chimney with black powder coat finish. Install stone veneer on three sides of chimney at roof where stone was removed to flash new roof.
