+ -1 moreFirst call to them was Tuesday Jan 17th to inquire about services. Called them again on Wednesday Jan 18th to confirm appoint for Jan 19th between 12 and 1 pm. Appointment confirmed. I took the day off so I could be there at the designated time. Company failed to show during the agreed upon time. Neither did they call to inform me of any problems with schedule. I called them around 2 pm and left message for them to return my call. Called them again around 3 pm, call went to voicemail. Did not hear from them for the rest of the day. Never heard anything else from them. Very unprofessional. I chose this company because they are local to my home. I figured they were a small company and could use the business. Evidently I was very wrong about them. I will never offer them my business nor will I recommend them to anyone. Waste of time

+ -1 moreThis company is fantastic and the experience was great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and handled our plumbing situation in very bad weather conditions and on a holiday at the last minute. I recommend this company to everyone and already have them scheduled for additional work.
Description of Work: All of our drains were clogged and were backing up in the house. I tried to call several plumbing companies today and many of them were booked up and we were unable to get anyone to help us today . It is a also Friday on labor day weekend and there is a bad hurricane storm here. I called this company and they told me they were completely booked as well but would try and work me in. A few minutes latter I got a call back from the owner and he told me that they could be at my house in 30 minutes since this was an emergency. I immediately felt relieved because I didn't know what we were going to do. They arrived almost exactly when they said and we were waiting with anticipation. It was the owner and a helper, I immediately showed them our flooded bathrooms and they informed us that our main sewer line was clogged. I was impressed at there knowledge and how professional they were. They had to run a machine outside in the yard and let me remind you that we are in a hurricane. What really impressed me was that after they finished there work outside they came in to test the bathrooms. When they were finished everything was very neat and clean and there was no mess.

+ -1 moreOverall it was a great experience. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic.
Description of Work: We hired this company to repair several electrical issues in our home and to replace some light fixtures. I can't say enough about this company. They scheduled the job between 8&9 AM and arrived right at 8:30. They worked diligently and found and made the electrical repairs fast. What we were impressed with was the professionalism. They were neat and clean and cleaned up very well. They were very informative and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company.

+ 0 moreHe is a FRAUD and a scam artist! He poses as a Christian in order to gain your confidence. He has no business liscense, was denied the electrical liscense, and no plumbing liscense. This was all verified through the state after the fact. He did not get the correct permits for the job. He did not replace the wiring as he said. He blocked the area to keep us out, so we could not see the type of wiring. We had the work inspected and found that none of it was to code, and it had fire hazards and illeagal wirering in the wall. He left bare wires hanging. We had to have the new sheet rock that we just put up cut into to redo his work. We cannot salvage any of his work to make it safe to live in. Said he had to park the truck in the back of the house in order to avoid the inspectors. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!
Description of Work: He was supposed to rewire the whole house, and bring up to code. He was supposed to install a new hot water tank (incorrect model).
