Charles, the owner, wonâ t do the job unless he can do it right. He is a certified plumber and stands by his work. We bought the service plan. At first I thought it was priced a little high, but after seeing his work I realized I was buying peace of mind. I have no doubt he will stand by his work. He buys the best quality parts and he installs it right, and with the plan if anything goes wrong he will be back to fix it. The work was priced below the other estimates I got, but as the work proceeded I added tasks that were required to bring my plumbing to code. I ended up at a comparable price to the other bids, but I got the best quality work and a more complete solution to my plumbing. After all that Iâ ve said I know I donâ t need to say this, but I would recommend World Class Plumbing to everybody. I now know I have a plumber I can trust.

Nice guys. Young man was late, did not clean sufficiently. Some of the tile work was amateurish. He was polite and the plumbing seems ok.

Work was done on time, areas within the work area were cleaned before leaving and the price was competitive. Personnel were professional, experienced and courteous. A pleasure to work with...would hire them again.

Charlie was great. Install was perfect!

The job was a particularly difficult project. All the plumbing lines replaced and the main sewer rerouted due to a deck over the line. Also all my water lines replaced. Very pleased with the work Charlie and his crew did. All was done strictly by code; no shortcuts. Being very helpful and cheerful was a big plus. You will not go wrong by calling World Class Plumbing for all your water and plumbing jobs.

Young man who did the majority of the work was intent on repairing the problem with our drains. He worked in the dark and in inclement weather to relieve us of our problems.

The quality of my replacement sink stoppers was definitely not equal to the original ones. However it is great to have these working again. I did have an issue once the job was completed and they returned immediately fix it and did an extra job in my home because they had to come back! Now that is Great customer service!

Charles and his team were very professional . They did alot of work for us. Started with clog in kitchen sink and sewage backup into dishwasher and sink. They also drained water heater and checked it, installed main water shut off to house and installed a sewer pop off system. Blasted water line, rebuilt all the toilets, and did a very difficult dishwasher install. They went the extra mile for us on the dishwasher install. Thanks Charles!

The owner (Charles Miller) arrived within 2 hours of my call to the office (his wife runs the phones and took the call) along with some of his staff, gave me an estimate for free and then started work immediately. All of the staff were very capable (Damian, Andrew) and did a great job.

I had leak that I did not know where it was coming from and my drywall was wet. I submitted a home advisor request and the called me in one minute. They came out that day to assess the issue and it was detected and fixed with in 24 hrs. I would definitely use them again. I also had them rehang my undermount sink the correct way. Highly recommend!

To much for a little work a half hour 275.00

We hired them to remove, dispose of the old toilet, and install the new toilet. They removed the old toilet and then said there were extensive issues which would cost of $300 additional to fix. We gave them the go ahead. They left, when to the store and purchased a small sack of cement; came back and within 30 minutes they had resolved the issue. Now, we paid $300+for a 30 minute job. Highway robbery!! If we had been plumbers we would have known not to agree to the $300+ but we are not and had no idea that the solution would take 30 minutes.
