Great work, no problem with anything in that regard, way too expensive for amount of labor and time involved.

Don't hire. They evaluated and quoted me $844 then went to $2,044 and the final bill was $2,812. Two supervisors kept asking me to pay them in cash. One man did all the work with another man supervising. Another crew showed up and sat around patio furniture in the backyard smoking cigarettes. They evaluated and knew exactly what needed to be done when they quoted me the $844 and did not Have to do anything other than that.

They came when they said they would. It was done and working in a short time.The repairman was very nice.

First class "same day" service! They waited for me to get home for the appointment. The drain was very difficult to clear, but they stuck with it without getting frustrated! They were extremely polite and courteous. They explained each step of the process. They were very careful about cleanliness. I am very happy with the whole process!!

Only complaint I could have is that he tried to talk me into doing things that couldn’t need to be done...the toilet was less than 6 months old.

Gary and his assistant arrived on time for both the estimate and the work. They were polite, courteous and did everything they said they would plus they cleaned up the half bath and under the kitchen sink so well you would almost think they had not been here. And for anyone with dogs, my dogs did not even bark at them when they came to do the work and I do believe dogs are a good judge of character.

The price was way too high. The workers were very nice but I would not use them again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with these guys! I had them come out to check on a sink drip and talk about possible future projects. We ended up sitting down and discussing my overall plans and it worked out that I was able to get done several other items within my budget for the one project. They were fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced! I got new shut off valve for the house and on the line from the street, new shut off valves inside for my washing machine hookup and icemaker connection, a garbage disposal and new sink installed and new water lines throughout the house. I love them and would recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, hard workers who you can trust!

I had used this company before, so when a pipe in my garage developed a pin prick leak, I called them again. An 8 inch section of copper pipe was replaced with something else with fittings on each end. The repair took about 10 minutes and I was charged $485. Seems very excessive, right? This was not an emergency and not after hours. I will never use Suburban again.

They were awesome. They showed up on time, communicated well, did great work, and the pricing was more than fair. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area that needs a good plumber.
