We thought the price was high for a water heater. Thinking about it after the fact we would have checked around to save money and still end up with a good water heater. The guys were real knowledgable and did quality work!

Not inexpensive, but came quickly and explained things very well. Then repaired the problem (with irrigation pipe). I felt they were worth the cost and was very satisfied.

Courteous, prompt, quick, and clean. They didn't just meet my expectations, they exceeded them.

I loved the way Gary worked, he was very helpful in every detail and he fixed problems while explaining the reasoning behind the repair. I called them just for an estimate and he spend over five hours repairing things that others had done. No questions about who to call the next time for plumbing issues. Thank you very much

Very dedicated to a quality service

I was going to have my shower repaired but I found out that my water heater was going bad. I got that replaced and a water line to my toilet replaced and a drain line from my kitchen sink. I also got my bathroom sink that was draining very slowly unclogged. He did all the record in record time and did everything to code and by the book which is very important to me. I was so impressed that I purchased the entire home plumbing warranty for my house that, if needed, will save me hundreds in plumbing repair costs. I also got a 10 year parts and labor warranty on my water heater at no cost to me.

When I spoke with the office they provided a window of several hours for the technician to arrive. They called when Chuck was on the way and he arrived within twenty minutes of the phone call. Chuck was very knowledgeable, competent in his work man-ship. A few nice surprises he took his shoes off so he didn't track in the house and left the shower where the work was done clean. I would definitely recommend and use Suburban Plumbing again. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CHUCK!!

Chuck from Suburban plumbing was great. He was very knowledgeable and did not give us any bs answer to our water heater replacement needs. He was the only plumber we got quotes from that gave us a straight, honest, and cost-effective solution to our problem. He also gave us a very decent and competitive rate and although we needed extra materials to finish the installation, he did so without billing us which he didn't have to according to our contract because he was only suppose to provide the labor and us the needed material for the install. If you need an expert, honest, straightforward, and affordable solution to your plumbing, you should consider Chuck and his family run business at Suburban Plumbing. They are good people.

they charge me 125.69 for a small pvc that i already had installed 3mintues thats all it took them after awhile i felt used no more will i used there services yours truely ms. g.

Very knowledgeable, good CS response, free exam of all plumbing for problems was a bonus but price for faucet install was somewhat high. Would recommend.
