Darryl went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. For the last 3 years (and thousands of dollars later), we’ve had numerous companies come and go leaving us in the same predicament. Water was leaving our hot tub and no one had an explanation and the majority of the companies stopped responding to our calls. We are SO thankful we found Darryl from Poolcare Pro’s. His work ethic, his high standards, and his genuine desire to give every customer the highest level of service puts this company above any other. A perfect example of his work ethic and passion for his work was his refusal to charge any more money for the countless hours and material he put in for follow up issues. Poolcare Pro’s is the only company I’d ever recommend. Top notch company with amazing customer service! Thank you for everything Darryl!!

They do only in-ground. I talked to them just at one time.

Mr. Jones does return calls, I mis-spoke out of frustration. The contact I was making was via text message, but when calling he does return calls. As a customer sometimes frustration gets the best of me. Mr. Jones has ensured me that he will find the problem...and get it fixed.

The initial repair went well, it is the finishing of the repair and the guarantee behind work that is the issue. I can not reach the Owner after numerous attempts, and will not return my calls. Do not pay for uncompleted work...lesson learned. I now have a screw between my liner and pool wall where my skimmer box was replaced. Mr Jones never came by to do a final inspection once work was complete, and stated he would stop by over the phone. I have to use again or wait for the job to be completed since his work is guaranteed and my pool is still dropping.

They didn't charge anything extra. The cost was included in the service. They actually came back 2 more days to finish up. Their overall grade is why I've stuck with them. On price, I pay $50 a week and they cleaned it out and they didn't get all done when they were here and they said they'd be back the next to finish up. They came back out the next day like they said and finished up and I said what is the extra charge and they said nothing, it's included in your service.

This is the 3rd year we have used them. They come every Monday or Tuesday, usually on Mondays. They get here about 10 in the morning. They're reliable. They're efficient. They come basically the same time every week unless it's pouring rain. If I request anything they're immediately responsive; I'll add some more pool ash to the pool, or let me check the salt level and I'll bring a bag next week. They're immediately responsive. They leave a little card on the door every time they're here & let you know what they did & so forth.

One year ago, we bought a house with a very green, neglected pool. Darryl and The Poolcare Pros turned it from green to clean in just days! We couldn?t be happier with the service we have received over the past year. The work and people are high quality and so pleasant to deal with. We honestly feel like we are part of the family. They did a good job. They come every week. They should be consistent with their effort. The price was good. They do a decent job compared to a lot of people.

We hired Darryl in May of 2013. He and his team come to our home every week and check the chemicals, clean the pool (pool vac and skimmer) and make sure the pump and all components are running efficiently. They clean the deck as well. For the first time in 25 years, we have a sparkling pool all the time. We should have done this years ago. Darryl's company can also detect leaks and fix any equipment issues we have. Would highly recommend The PoolCare Pros.
