Took lock to him. He worked on it an hour or more, but it was too corroded to fix. Purchased another which was delivered to him. Re-keyed in less than 2 minutes. Total charge was $8.00. I paid him more but he was a pro.

Robert came within the hour after we spoke. He corrected the latch for each deadbolt. He's very nice and quick. Thanks so much!

I'm not sharing the details of HOW he did it, but he was completely professional in "breaking" into my house. He asked to see proof that it was my house before proceeding, and from that point forward, it only took a few minutes (which is actually scary). Luckily, I live one block from the police department, so I still feel safe, and I do have dead bolts, which are in place. I won't forget that key again (I hope), but if I do, I have Rescue Locksmith on my speeddial! When I replace all of my locks around the house, since they are getting older and apparently fail, I will be calling him to do the installation. He already gave me his recommendation for the best locks to buy.

My front door lock was broken. He came out and looked at it. Instead of having to replace it, he called a co-worker to bring him some parts and he was able to fix it, which I thought was very nice.

I moved in to a new home and there was no key for the mailbox. Thinking myself smart, i decided to try to drill the lock myself. Bad idea. So i called Rescue Locksmith--and even told them i had the new lock. Despite MY missing the first appointment (oops--so sorry!!) they rescheduled quickly, showed up early, had the RIGHT lock (mine had to go back to the store) and i found the price delightfully affordable.

I lost the key to the garage door which is no longer an automatic door. Other doors to the home could not be opened due to humidity issues. The door which worked that morning would not open that afternoon. These are other issues due to clay soil and time of year. I called Rescue Locksmith Services and they were at the house within about an hour. The lock could not be re-keyed so it was replaced. I was able to enter the house through the entrance door from the garage because I could now get into the garage.
