+ -1 moreThey were very responsive, visited the house a couple of days before they started cleaning. They text me before they arrive. The cleaning is wonderful- I asked for baseboards during the deep clean and they’re spotless. The small touches such as the “roses” on the toilet paper rolls are cute. I will continue to use them.

+ -1 moreCalled and spoke with Victoria on Friday 3/16/18 to set up a one time/first time cleaning service to be done on Friday 3/23/18. When I spoke with her we agreed on the day was available and that the price would be between $120-$150 for the service, and that the team would be there around 11 Am that day, so we agreed to these terms. About 45 minutes later I get a text message from her telling me that she can have a team out there on Tuesday and now the price is $200 for a first time cleaning. I informed her that Tuesday would not work for me and after talking my wife into accepting the price increase Victoria comes back and informs me that she cannot do Friday. I've never dealt with such professionalism; why tell your customers on thing, and agree on a price with them just to turn around 45 minutes later and tell them something different? I defiantly will not be using them and I recommend that no one else use them as well.
