+ -1 moreThey make appointments without bothering to find out if I'm available. Their hours are highly inflexible. They show up either VERY early (hour and a half) or very late (30 minutes), especially if they have to work on a Saturday because they apparently don't like to. Not everyone can take time off from work for a shoddy 5 minute walk-through inspection during which they don't even notice your serious any problem.
Description of Work: The owners of my rental have this company do a yearly inspection.

+ -1 moreTechnician arrived on time but there was confusion because he thought the house looked like there was no one home. He never rang bell. I saw him getting ready to leave so I went outside and let him in garage to inspect. He was nice and friendly. They were supposed to come back and drill in a week. Didn't show up the first time because of some equipment malfunction. I called and found this out after the fact. They rescheduled the drilling and due to rain it had to be postponed. It did get done. We were satisfied.
Description of Work: Yearly inspection after initial termite treatment for new house. They came back to drill by garage doors where it hadn't previously been treated. We have a termite bond with them.

+ -1 moreWe had another company one time but we have been with these people for quite a while. They are very good. They call and remind us and they are real good about working around our schedule.
Description of Work: We use Pest Free Pest Control. We have a contract with them whereby every 5 years they do a booster treatment. We renew our contract annually. We have the regular pest control and for termite protection. We have had them for quite a while.
