+ -1 moreI was looking forward to them taking care of my lawn, etc. Service was delayed a few days because of truck problems. Understandable. It happens. When they finally came, they stayed maybe 2 hours. Left to get lunch and take his child to the sitter. He said he'd be back. He never came back nor did he contact me to let me know he wasn't coming back that day. I was then sent a automated text stating someone would be coming back within 48 hours. I had to contact them to see if someone was coming today and was told I wasn't on his schedule and the person that was probably suppose to be coming had called off. Then when I expressed that we were upset, they canceled our contract because they didn't want to come to a hostile environment. Most companies would try to make it right so they don't risk getting a bad review and losing customers. No, they get rid of the customer first. Nice!
