The owner/operator is Michael Morrison. I paid $600 for this with the rest to be paid upon completion. The job was taking him WEEKS because he chose to sand the ceiling rather than wet and scrape it. Eventually, he stopped coming. When I called to ask about his completing the job, he told me that he ran into more work than he expected, would need more money, and was starting new jobs to get more income. He never came back to finish the job and never answered any of my subsequent phone calls. We had to find someone to finish the job. They did so quickly and efficiently. As of 1/4/2020, Michael's phone number still answers to M2 Home Repairs but only takes voicemails. Michael says he was a former Marine. He was a major disappointment. I wouldn't hire him again for ANY job.
