+ -1 moreThe good: Great price. Friendly service technicians. Timely service. The bad: Got termites. Lots of hidden damage. Lightning appears to have since killed the termites -- time will tell. The ugly: Lightning would not pay to repair the damage to the structure. Said moisture in the area invalidated the bond. However, when the Clemson people who regulate this industry later inspected my property, they said moisture was not excessive. They advised my only recourse was to initiate legal action which could cost more than my termite repair costs.
Description of Work: Provided termite bond and annual termite inspection on residence for about ten years. Costs are $255/year plus $400 every fifth year.

+ -1 moreThey were very nice. They even told us not to buy one of the services because we could do it ourselves for almost no cost. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They came in and sprayed for termites in our house.
