Matt and his team did a great job encapsulating my crawl space. He is very professional and offered several solutions in order to help me get the project done within my budget. He is extremely professional and was very flexible when we had to change our work date due to an unforeseen issue on my end. They showed up on time, did excellent work and when they left you could not even tell that they had been here. His price was by far the best of any of the other companies that I contacted and I HIGHLY recommend him if you need work done. He is a great American who has served our country in the military!

Matt is by far the most trustworthy & professional contractor in the area for home repair & remediation. I was introduced to Matt via my property manager after suffering a host of crawl space issues from another contractor. Matt came in and not only identified the issues I was aware of, but issues I wasn’t as well. He pointed out services I had paid another contractor for that weren’t done and gave me the documentation & details I needed to pursue reimbursement from this other contractor! Matt took the time to walk me through & educate me on southeast crawl spaces (I’m from out of area) and spent countless hours on the phone, email & text with me helping me sort out the mess the previous contractor left me with. As an out of area investor & landlord, I need reliable, trustworthy contractors as my boots on the ground for my local properties. Matt was all of the above and more. He is fair, kind, patient & knowledgeable and treats his clients & business with the utmost professionalism. I would 100% recommend Matt to others in the area and he will remain my go-to in the larger Charleston area for all my contracting needs.

The team of workers did a great job under my house replacing barrier and basically encapsulating the ground under my house. I did not need a full encapsulation with a dehumidifier, but I did want a partial encapsulation which he did excellent job on and it looks great.
