They are fairly big. Overall, it was good. One of the manager's bosses followed up the next day and asked me how the service was. I told him I had some problems, which I did, but he remedied those and I was satisfied with that. I initially had some problems with their responsiveness and punctuality. I have a service contract with them for the year.

Installation went ok. Had to have boss man correct installers error. Was not impressed with this company and had a neighbor that had a horrible experience so my feelings were justified in my opinion.

They come twice a year to check my air-conditioning. They do a good job. It's pretty routine stuff that they do.

When my air conditioning unit went out last summer, Goose Creek Heating & Air insisted on replacing the unit. This summer condensation from the existing ductwork began to leak through my kitchen ceiling. I called the company to repair the unit, and they immediately wanted to tear down all the ceilings on my first floor to pull the ductwork. They would not look to other solutions. I had a full warranty for parts and labor, but they insisted on a solution that would cost me thousands of dollars of repair work. I got a second opinion and was told that Goose Creek Heating & Air had not set the unit properly when it was installed which is how the problem originated. This company repaired the ductwork where it was leaking and added insulation through an access door in the garage. The work took about ninety minutes and cost about two hundred dollars. Goose Creek Heating & Air would have charged me thousands for unnecessary repairs.

This was the worst service ever. I was under a service contract. Our unit broke during the days of 20 degree weather. The owner was a maniac!!! They made several visits to my home. Instead of getting a part needed locally, they ordered it and wanted me to pay $90 overnight shipping which we did not do. When I disagreed with the owner, he began to scream and yell. Later, after getting the part, I told Service Care that I did not want him to ever come back to our house. I guess that was too late, however, because the next company that came out took 2 months to figure out that Goose Creek and Air had miswired the unit, burning up 4 capicitors. The worst part was the instability of this owner and their lack of concern and respect. Note: after having been without heat for 3 days (which he said we were not in emergency due to a small window unit in our FROG), when the part arrived, he made sure we were the last people to be serviced that night. Trust me.. you do not want to deal with this company.

They sent a man here and he took the Freon out of my air conditioner and put too much in it. We were freezing to death because of the too much Freon that he had put in. He came back 5 months later and laid it on the ground and let it on the ground. That was breaking the law. They were trying to get more money by making me signing in a new contract every time. They were pretty good at responding and were punctual. They cleaned up, but they were not very professional. I would not use them.

Nick was professional from the knock on the door to the final diagnoses. He found the problem, told me the repair/replacement options, straight forward and concise.

We were very happy with the price and results of our prompt and professional servicing by Zack with Goose Creek Heating & Air and grateful to have the issue resolved since we had put off a repair of the unit for some time (fearing a HUGE dent in our tight budget!).
