They made the diagnosis that it was time to replace rather than fix it. They didn't sell the brand I wanted.

They gave me tips on how to lower my electric bill. It has saved me $150 per month. They came out within an hour and told us the types of brands they offer. They service the brands that they sell. They responded immediately when we had a minor issue.

They did a very good job. They were very reasonable.

They came out on a Friday at 8:30 a.m. Jessica called and let me know they were coming and they arrived promptly. They worked from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. to install both units. They did a great job and only took one break for lunch. Additionally, they had to replace the copper because it wasn't the right size. Susan came to the home and because it wasn't in the original quote, we split the cost. They were professional, they cleaned up after themselves and they always communicated what they were doing. They also have someone come out in 7-10 days to check and make sure everything is installed correctly and working properly. I can't tell you how pleased I am with their service. Plus their price was less than the other two bids I received.

I think they did an exceptional job and completed the work 2-3 days. The work was done back in 2009 but I have them return annually for system check-up. My only issue was to install the crawl space barrier they tied up some of the drainage piped and when they were finished they missed one and it remained tied which caused an issue with drainage. After about 6 months the system backed up and found the problem during my investigation. Simple thing but one that could have been avoided. All and al great work.

Two technicians arrived on time on the day schedules. They discussed how the replacement would go and answered any questions I had. Both men were very knowledgeable and went right to work; one inside and one outside. The indoor air handler had to go through a door in an upstairs closet and it was tight fit. To their credit, they didn't scratch anything as they carried the unit through the house and up the stairs. By mid-afternoon they were performing set-up and testing of the installed system. The operation of the new thermostat was explained. We did a review of their installation upstairs and outdoors. The installation was picture perfect. The men cleaned up their work areas, even vacuuming the carpet upstairs. The system has worked flawlessly since installation.

I also got my new heat pump from them which is good.

I don't remember the exact date. Repaired a air pump connection that the previous contractor did not secure well enough. It won't slip out again in an earthquake. Arrived on time, worked without break. Very satisfied.

The job was done and I was pleased. Tony Chandler was .the contractor. It was told to me that I needed an additional cleaning on the unit. ( I can't remember the exact name of the part he cleaned) I paid him an additional cost of $40.00 for him to complete the task. I assumed that what he said was true. My over all experience was good. They arrived on time and was pleasant. He cleaned up after he finish.

I've used these folks since they installed my new heat pump about 7 years ago, and they check my system twice a year. The fellows are pleasant and helpful-they will change ceiling light bulbs for me!

It was fine I ask for the same tech. every time, Josh. He is very good, very knowledgeable about his craft. He is very polite, and explains everything to you. It was the first time something had to be replaced, I let him put on a new one. Told him I was going to call my Brother-in law, because he is an electrical engineer. He did agree with Josh, it was not working to its full capacity. Needed to be replaced. I was pleased. Did not have any problem all summer.

When we were discussing replacing our unit, we met with Bill who provided all of the information we needed to make an educated decision. Once we spoke with Bill, we knew that GCH&A was the best choice of contractors to do the work. Bill made sure we knew every aspect of the unit we chose. Their staff was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. It took most of the day to do the work, but they did an excellent job. They were very conscientious. The workplace was cleaned before they left and they were able to answer all of my questions knowledgeably. The office called within a few days to see how the system was running and to set up an appointment to inspect their work. I would recommend Goose Creek Heating & Air to anyone who is looking HVAC work.

They replaced a $12 - $15 part that they priced at $170!!!!!! RIP OFF The charge to come out and replace this part was $279. We complained that the price of the part was outrageous and the guy said we were paying for his expertise. We told him we wanted to speak to someone about the bill before we paid it. He said we had to pay him that day, but the receipt he gave me said I had 2 weeks to pay! It felt very shady. Eventually he ttook $40 off because we had been a previous customer. He wasn't at our house for 15 minutes. I can understand an upcharge for the weekend call, but that's where the mark up should be not on the part. It makes me feel ripped off. I will never use them again under any circumstances and have shared my experience with the several thousand twitter followers I have for myself and my business. I have also shared this with every social media outlet I participate in to let them know to go elsewhere when they need work done. The estimate I got from one of their competitors after the fact was $100 cheaper. Seriously feel ripped off.

The A.C. Heat pump system is a great improvement over our old A.C. heat pump. The upstairs is now one zone and the downstairs is the second zone. The areas cool seperately and together by using control dampers and two thermostats. Goose Creek Heating and Air employees were very profesional and curteous working a long day in order to finish the project. I could not be more pleased with their services and the new AC system.

Goose Creek Heating and Air has no been to the house four times. In each case, their vehicles were clean, the service technicians in company uniform and they presented a clean appearance. They even use paper covers on their shoes so that they do no track dirt into the house. Technicians have all been polite, courteous, and willing to explain the tasks they perform. They are simply outstanding.

If you are looking to have a heat pump replacement financed I recommend going through your electric coop provider as I did. Great rate and they come out and do a complete analysis of the air flow in your home and identify areas that need more insulation, caulking, etc. The only catch is you have to use a company that is on their list. There were three and I went with Goose Creek HVAC. Only one other Co. came out and provided and estimate. They were strictly a Train dealer and I preferred the Bryant system. The sales rep from GC HVAC came out and gave a great presentation and a satisfactory quote. The installation went great the crew was courteous and professional. They did a great job. Only problem was when it came time to run the units. They were going to replace the thermostats but they could not get the Zone board to communicate with the thermostats. After many attempts and bringing out an expert, this lasted a couple of days, they concluded that I needed a new Zone Board. I was told it would cost an extra $900 for this. I reluctantly agreed. I researched the cost of the replacement Zone Board and found that a new one, same brand, ran approx. $200. I complained and haggled and got them to replace the Board for an extra $200. My only complaint is the Sales rep who quoted me the price for the original job tried to get and extra $600-700 by adding in too much labor cost for the Zone Board. All-n-all it turned out good, I'm happy with my new system, got a tax break for going with a 15 sear. Just beware of a sale rep trying to pull wool over your eyes and do the research to ensure you are getting what you are paying for.

From the estimate in November 2010 thru the installation in December and the service check in June of 2011, all employess have been punctual and extremely professional.
