The worst. they never answer their phone, they insist that you text them (to which they never reply) they never return phone calls. Since they would not answer the phone when my insurance company called them, I had to get another company to take the job, meaning I had to wait another two weeks to get the dishwasher fixed. Ignore the "have a blessed day" crap on their answering machine, they are not looking to bless you with decent service.

Top-notch company all round-- they came in after another company failed pitifully. Barfield's came when they said they would, called promptly after parts came in, and adequately fixed our dryer.

Things went well, had to fix the heating elements on the dryer and was out in no time!

They were quick and made sure to protect my property so nothing got messed up. Repairman was very nice and detailed. My parents have used Barfield's for many years. Where it is a new generation running the business I felt they did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

The owner Trey has denied any wrongdoing even though he has not seen the damage. He said he was and quot;too busyand quot; to come out and look at the damage. When I told him how unhappy I am at the situation he said I just have to and quot;deal with it.and quot; I find him to be completely unprofessional.

Very well. It was installed in 30 minutes and old one was taken away.

I had a warranty on my dishwasher and it was having some issues. I didn't have to use them physically but they called me to setup a service repair and I actually fixed it myself through the gentleman who owns the company. He was fantastic he explained to me how to fix it to keep me from having to pay for a service call. I didn't use Barfield's to come out and to actual service but I had contact with them. He called me back immediately. I had a backup from the garbage disposal to my dishwasher and home warranty wanted me to call an plumber and the repair service wasn't sure what was going on and he called me like 2 minutes after home warranty contacted him and they said it could actually be 24 hours before I receive a response and he called me and I told him what was happening and he said," Well I can probably tell you what's happening and you can fix it yourself and save $150 for the 2 service calls but if not you can call back in the morning if you do need us to come out." So he was professional, he was courteous, punctual and I would use Barfield's for any kind of appliance repair I needed.

It was good. They were really quick and they fixed it without a problem. They were on time, they came out the day after I called, they came when they said they would come, and they didn't leave anything around.
