Description of Work: Delivered and set up refrigerator, microwave and electric cook top range. Service people were very professional. Relayed to them that the microwave door was dented. Called the store and told them also. Absolutely no response from anyone.

+ -1 moreHORRIBLE (see above for story)! I was lucky the Appliance Town installer didn't hit me. He appears to be a total psycho. If I'd known how awful it would be I would have stuck with the crummy old dishwasher. Even if these folks were giving away Bosch appliances I wouldn't go there.
Description of Work: We bought a Bosch dishwasher from them. They were supposed to install it for $129. They came out several hours late, and couldn't install it properly. They came out the next day with a second guy (again hours late). He told me he couldn't install it and if I was lucky he might come back on the weekend and finish for another $80. We told him we wanted to return it and he said no we'd still have to pay for it and we couldn't get our old one back. He left and came back (after my husband called and complained) and started screaming at me. I honestly believe he was on crack. I told him just to leave with it uninstalled. My husband later installed it (properly even) in about 1/2 hour. It turned out the screamer's father owns appliance town. (No one but a father would ever hire such a nasty, incompetent jerk.) They should be put out of business!
