It did not go well. When he was here, he worked on it for a couple of hours and took everything apart. He put in a new motor and told me it should be good for a few years. I am now having problems with frost building up around the icemaker and called him today about it. He is wanting to charge me another $65 to come back out and this was less than 6 months ago. He had a very unprofessional tone and I heard chuckles on the other end during our convesation.

I found this business here on Angie's List and called at 4:45 PM on a Friday. My call was answered, and my difficulties were discussed. I was promised a phone call on Saturday morning between 8 and 9 AM. The phone rang at 8:35 with word that my technician would arrive between 9 and 11 (yes, on Saturday morning). He rang my doorbell at 9:35. After a couple of questions, he gave me his estimate for the work and got busy. He installed at no extra charge a new dryer vent duct which I had already purchased, and finished the job by 10:00. It wasn't a terribly complex operation all told, but it was beyond my DIY capabilities. The price was fair, and I was happy to pay it. I am very pleased with the service from initial phone call to completed work. And yes, all on a late Friday afternoon and the following Saturday morning! I didn't even ask the technician's name to share here, but I'll gladly recommend!

Repairman showed up right on time and took him only a short time to make the repair. I will probably use him again if I need other repairs.

OMG I wish every service had technicians like the one that came to repair my washer. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, funny and a very nice man overall. I must say when I called I was afraid that I had picked the cheapest provider and that I may regret it. Well i am here to tell you I am so glad I picked these guys. It was a very stress free situation and he gave me some tips because I will be moving soon on what not to let the movers do to my washer. Thank you so much Appliance Experts for a very stress free experience. :-)

Mark came the next day to give me an estimate and check the dryer. The dryer was making a strange noise. It was 16 years old and I wasn't sure it could be fixed. Happily, Mark took it apart to investigate the problem and assured me it was what he thought, the rollers needed to be replaced. He had to order the parts and said it would take two days to get them and he'd call to make sure I was home. Two days later he called, said he had the parts and could he come and install them. He came and installed the parts and my dryer is now working perfectly! He said it should last another 5 years or so. I was very happy because this is a washer and dryer combination stacker! He was very professional, very quick to respond to my call, and I will definitely call him before I replace any appliance.

He was very prompt in responding to my initial service request and very accomodating about the scheduled appointment time. He arrived on time, was professional and was done in 10 minutes, quickly removing the cloth strip that was the culprit. His service charge was very reasonable -- worth every penny!

Mr. Glavach is VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND PROMPT. He knew exactly what was wrong with the washer the instant he looked at it. I believe he said he had 30 years of experience in appliance repair and I can guarantee, if we have ANY problems with any of our appliances, I am calling him! He knows what he is doing and completed the job quickly and very efficiently! I am extremely pleased with his work!!!!

The button was sticking on our ice and water dispenser so we had water and ice going everywhere. Mark came and took a look at it. He popped the cover off and cleaned it (I didn't know you could do that) and he said that might solve the problem. He also took down the make and model of the refrigerator in case he had to order a part. He asked me to let him know if the problem persisted and he'd order a new switch and he left. A few nights later my husband had a steady stream of ice coming from the dispenser so the next day I called Mark and he ordered a new switch. He called us when it came in and then came back to replace it. No more ice and water problems!

Their personnel checked everything and worked but I was surprised that he only charged me $55 for service cost because he said he didn't find a problem that needed fixing.

I called Appliance Experts to schedule an appointment to have my ice maker repaired. I was fully expecting to have to wait a week before someone could get to my house. That was not the case with Mark at Appliance Experts. He scheduled my repair for the next day. Again to my surprise,he didn't give a 4 hour window to block out for his appointment. He gave me a 2 hour window and stated he would call me when he was headed my way. He arrived on time and had all the parts needed to make the repair. He cleaned up after himself and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would recommend Appliance Experts and I will use them for any repair needs going forward..

Dryer belt broke yesterday late in the afternoon. Called Appliance Experts, Inc. the following morning. As luck would have it, he was in the area and said he'd be by the house in about 20 minutes later. Virtually to the minute, he pulled in the driveway, got his tool box and we went to the laundry room. Less than 5 minutes later, Mark Glavach (owner), was out the door to the truck to get a replacement belt. Got the new one installed, wrote out the invoice and was gone. While at the house less than an hour doing work, some of that time was spent chatting. His card is not permanently posted on our refrigerator. Now that is what I call service!
