Anderson Roofing

We had our flat roof installed and paid for on 10/9. Within 24 hours our roof leaked in multi-locations. The leaks were worse than what it was initially being repaired for. Jerry had his son come out 7 times to try and repair the roof. On 1/17/2020 they walked off the job without completing it. Cody, the son, of the owner, was always courteous and apologetic that it was leaking. But, unfortunately, we still have a flat roof that leaks and they will no longer service it. I would be happy to provide a paper trail of the text and video showing it leaks and the companies reply.

They showed up fast to review the job, they gave me a quote right away and I called to accept they came the next day and took care of the job. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job.

He did a good job but I think I over paid him

Jerry specializes in roof work. Two of his sons installed a flat roof system on part of my roof. After my first choice of roofing company didn't respond, Jerry contacted my quickly and knew as soon as he saw the roof how best to solve a longstanding leakage problem. They know what they are doing, worked hard, had good ideas to make the job better and were a pleasure and enjoyable to deal with. They are the kind of local company that I like to see do well. I'm happy they responded to my request.

We had 2 other roofers come out and try to fix the leak, but was not able to get the job done. Submitted a request on Home Advisor and got a call the next day from Jerry Anderson who then came and inspected our roof and right away saw the problem. Explained what needed to be done and got the leak fixed. They even guarantee their work. Most of all very knowledgeable and friendly. In the future if needed I know for sure who we will call Anderson Roofing!

These guys showed up ready to work, and worked straight through until the job was done, in the heat of June in Charleston, on a black roof. When finished, they carefully cleared the debris from the project in a manner that left me comfortable to walk barefoot in their work area. They were that thorough. Part of the repair, in my opinion, took more work than they had planned on, but they just got it done at the quoted price. Clearly in this business for the long haul. They are MY roofers from here on in, and I recommend them to anyone for a fair price and a job well done.

House built in 1942. On time for a repair of the roof section of an addition. Heat index well over 100° that day. Price went up over original estimate due to water damage that wasn't visible until shingles were removed. They showed me the damage instead of just saying they found a new issue. The increase was in line with the material and labor needed. They inspected the rest of the roof and sealed some flashing gaps around my chimneys and replaced rain collars around vent pipes at no extra cost. The work was excellent and they will be doing my entire roof later this year.

The company called me within minutes of sending in a request. They came to my house a couple hours later and performed a very thorough inspection and gave me multiple repair options. Repairs were done the next morning. Great work. Cleaned their work area and were fast and accurate. Will use again!

Jerry Anderson personally drove to my home to see my roof problem. I found his assessment was honest and accurate. I awarded the work to Anderson Roofing that afternoon, and his sons Cody and Jordan were at my home before 9:00 am the next morning. The sons were very professional, very meticulous and very thorough in the the repairs. I am very pleased with the result.

Jerry was responsive, provided me with pictures upfront of what he saw and made quality recommendations. His estimate was fair and appreciated his honest quality.
