All American Landscaping

When our tree fell in the front yard, Patrick happened to be driving by and gave his card to my husband. He seemed nice enough, so when we were ready to have the entire tree removed we called him. He said he would be out on July 30. As the morning passed, I called him to ask if he was still coming out. He sent a text to my husband telling him he would be out the next day as "some things came up." He showed up on July 31 and realized then, and not when he was looking at the tree four days before, that it wasn't a two-person job. He then had to contract out The Tree Guys (who are amazing, btw) because Patrick's "crew" (himself and one other person) couldn't finish the job. The Tree Guys did what was asked of them and removed the majority of the tree. The rest was left to Patrick. It started to rain, and Patrick assured me that if the rain stopped they would be back out that day, and if not, he would be back the next morning. On August 1 sent a text to Patrick asking him when he would be coming back that day. He wrote back that he was "trying" to get back to my house that day, but "more than likely" it would be the next morning. Once again, he had "some things come up." Two business days and a weekend go by and no response to our calls or texts. On August 6 I sent him a text and let him know that my husband told me he was "down a full crew" but that we really needed to get the rest of the debris out of our yard ASAP. When asked when he was coming back, his response was, "We were down a few days, today is a pretty easy light day for us. So we should be able to get all that stacked up so we can load my trailer." When I wrote back, "So you think you'll be out today?" His direct response was, "Yes ma'am." We never heard from him again. He is totally and completely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend him or his shoddy "company" to anyone and would tell everyone in this area to stay far away from him--it's a rip off. Don't call All American Landscaping or Patrick unless you want to waste your time and waste money.

Patrick comes every two weeks or so and cuts the grass and manicures our lawn giving our home a manicured look! He is prompt and courteous and pays attention to detail. The price is VERY REASONABLE!!! Absolutely great company for all your lawn needs!
