Spicer On-Call Services

I thought it was clogged and it actually wasn't. When they came out to check to see if it was clogged, they backed into the driveway and they had crumbled my driveway (because the truck was so heavy). Because they didn't have to pump the septic tank, they cut the fee down to $80 (which I paid). I called them about the driveway the same day as the septic service and they did return my intial phone call. When I had called again they left, the owner gave me the run-around and said someone would come look at my crumbled driveway. They never came out and stopped returning my calls.

My Tank Alert XT system had sounded an alarm twice in the past year and we wanted to have it checked out before any serious problem arose. It took several calls to different service providers (plumbers, well technicians) before I was referred to this company. I called the day before and was told someone would contact me the following morning. The next morning (today), I was called by the servicemen to whom I gave directions. Within an hour both service people arrived and were very polite and professional. They listened carefully to my situation and went right to work investigating the system. When they had the whole system opened up, they call me and showed me exactly was the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Given the go-ahead, they fixed the problem, reassembled everything, and were done inside an hour. They were both very polite and professional.
