Description of Work: they replaced the oil heater in my home they were supposed to replace or repair any lines when we asked about it they laughed and said not going to happen today they wer to be here a week ago and always had an excuse. i have two grand babies living with me and they saw no concern over that when they were here on feb the 8th they said they woul be back and get us temporaily running with heat and did not happen. we were willing to pay for the extra work but the just laughed at us like were were taken up there time. now they have the new system in the heat is just running out in basement .
