About us

We are a family owned and operated Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor. Founded in 2001, we have proudly served Georgetown and its surrounding areas for twelve years. Our Service Technicians are NATE Certified and we are a member of The South Carolina Association of Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. We are a participating contractor with both the Residential, and Commercial Trade Ally Programs through Santee Cooper, which, offer financing through Smart Energy Loans for qualified residential customers. In addition to the Trade Ally program, we participate with other financing programs through Wells Fargo for new equipment installation. We are fully licensed and insured. Our Technicians can be reached after hours, weekends and holidays, for those unexpected problems that happen at the worst times. Our goal is to provide the best customer service in all of The Low Country.

Description of Work: Air conditioning system check. |Determined we need an entirely new system. The cost for replacing $10,000 estimate. Their estimate is much more than I expected. | |The man that cam out was prompt, in uniform and very knowledgeable. |He checked everything thoroughly then told us that although the system was working at the moment it was on I t s last legs and can fail at any time. We have been in our home for just fur months. |

Chilly-Pepper has worked with us for ten years and Eric always comes quickly and finishes in a very timely manner. We have been very pleased with his excellent service and use his semi-annual maintenance plan. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We had an issue with a unit in June and when it failed, Eric suggested a great plan through Santee Cooper to replace both units. Then he made sure that we received the remaining coverage under our extended warranty service.

They're very responsive. It can get hot out there very quickly. The fact they were able to get out there, and do air conditioning repairs was very positive. Their pricing is also very good. The quality of their work has always been very good.
