They gave me an estimate. They were very courteous, answered my questions, and gave me the price. I am are now looking at a couple of people, and they are on the list. They were very professional.

Provided detailed estimates that made more sense than others we received. Have an excellent showroom, with a lot of product on hand to look at and choose from. Sales staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful; they spent a lot of time with us. They were very flexible on working with us and our specific needs, and wants. The installation was on time, and the installers were professional and courteous. They also provided good follow-up, for one small thing that had to be redone.

Patrick was prompt and professional for measurement. Then the company emailed pictures of the exact granite. I approved them and granite was installed by Patrick and Shawn. Their expertise was obvious. Installed without delay. Outstanding workmanship. Cleaned up entire work area. Very courteous and professional. Great Job!

I was really impressed with their politeness, professionalism and careful cleanup. The only glitch was in taking out and putting back our porcelain sink which got chipped all down one side. Hopefully we can get it repaired. These guys are great!

They were fabulous! They were also very professional.

Every aspect from sales, estimating, measuring, and installation were done professionally. Professional workmanship is hard to find nowadays. The fabricators went the extra mile to make the seam match & the installers did likewise with the backsplash.

In the beginning, the sink was cut incorrectly and when it was repaired, it was made worse. That in turn pushed the job back an additional two weeks waiting on the new countertop. When I contacted them about the time delay, they didn't do much in the way of trying to correct the problem. I also didn't like that underneath of the countertop was not finished very well with glue seeping out from the edges and it had an overall rough finish. I do think that their price was fair and I really do love my new countertops.
