Sanchez Painting

Sanchez paint was fantastic. Daniel responded quickly to my inquiry and sent a guy over within a day to provide an estimate. They also scheduled and completed the work quickly. It was all done to the highest quality and the painters were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Prices are also very fair. I would definitely hire again and recommend.

Mr Sanchez and his guys did a great job!! They were on time each day and were very courteous and friendly. The pricing was very competitive and I would definitely use them again.

They worked hard at all times - there is a large overhang which needed to be painted make the square footage quite large for the house overall - never saw them sitting around except for a short lunch break and were very polite. I would use them again.

After a shaky start with a language barrier between me and the painters, everything was explained as to what we had agreed to. The roof was pressure washed, the next morning it was swept and primer was applied. Then after lunch, paint was applied. Roof really looks good.

The whole experience was great: Quality was superb, Owner maintained contact throughout the project informing us as weather and schedules changed. Follow up was speedy

Sanchez Painting never showed. Called and no answer. He never called me back to explain his non action

Coordinating for the project was very smooth. We had a number of changes due to the weather and our schedules, every request for change was easily coordinated. The price quoted was very reasonable. Once the project started the team was very timely, professional knowing what was required .... Based on other contractors we have dealt with in the Columbia area for paining over 10 tens years we will solely go with Sanchez Paint from here on out, which we have some interior rooms to be painted. Give this company a try and I'm sure you will be pleased

My house Loks awful. They supposedly replaced the rotten wood and prepped the whole house, and painted My house is peeling all over, I have wood that is still split. My shutters look way worse thsn before they got here. They will not answer texts at all.

I can’t thank these people enough for their professionalism. The ceiling in my living room was in rough shape with peeling paint etc. it now looks brand new and took an incredible amount of work. Their paint work was exceptional and I would hire them again and recommend them highly

I contacted him and schedule him to come out on 7/31/19, he called 30 minutes late and said he had to reschedule. He stated the reschedule could be at my convenience, which I did for 8/5/19. He never showed or called. It is a shame since he had good reviews and we had a lot of painting needed, assuming the first paint job went well. I would NOT recommend him.

He sealed the kitchen off from all the other rooms to keep dust in. The ceiling was in rough shape due to leaks over the years and age, bad repairs when it was fixed and different colors of white. He covered all floors, cabinets, countertops and the island professionally. He skimmed, sanded and painted the ceiling in one day. Once it was dry, he cleaned the area spotless. The ceiling was beautiful, we were lucky to find him and we have already scheduled him for more work. His cost was more than fair. Thanks for Angie’s List, his ratings were true!

The communication was excellent and the job was scheduled quickly and completed on time.

Sanchez paint crew spent over two days prepping the deck by hand stripping, pressure washing, damage repair, and sanding. Key areas like top rails were primed and seams sealed. On 3rd day, 2 coats of solid color stain have my deck looking like new. I might add that temp approached 100 each day. The crew was polite, neat and responsive. No mess at all...could not tell they had been there each day other than the work completed. We will definitely use again!

Daniel's team was great. They were hard-working, thorough, and professional. The work was top notch. They spent an entire day pressure washing the house before beginning painting, and they arrived early and left late for four straight days until the painting was done. They did the work for significantly less than the other estimate I got. They also patched a piece of siding and a piece of trim. I'd definitely hire them again!

I can not speak highly enough about this company. I have to say they are the hardest working people I have ever hired to doing painting on the interior of my homes. I have had them out three time and they have always done a great job. I called them at the last minute Saturday concerning an issue with my ceiling in the master bedroom and the showed up right away and really went above and beyond the call to fix my master bedroom ceiling. I feel the prices are awesome and will continue to use them to finish the few rooms I have left to paint. I save enough and them call them out to do the painting because I do not want to charge anything and the have been fine once I know I have saved the money to complete a project the are right on the ball. I highly recommend them to others. They are courteous and always leave areas clean and tidy.

Daniel's team at Sanchez Painting recently painted the entire interior of a house we had rented out for an extended period. The place was a disaster - hoarder who smoked. There was damage to the ceilings, walls, trim and doors. Very good job repairing damage and they did a nice job painting all of the surfaces - including the kitchen and bath cabinets. We had a punch list (which you always do) and he did not argue about any of the points and fixed them quickly and without extra charge.

Daniel and his crew did an excellent job. The painters are professionals. They made a yellow outdated bathroom beautiful again. Although I did not want my 6 foot 4 inch mirror removed, it came down when installers of the solid surface counter removed the backsplash. Daniel's guys put it back up for free and saved me money when two other groups would not put the mirror back or wanted to charge hundreds of dollars. I will definitely use Daniel's painters again for painting, popcorn ceiling removal, and pressure washing. Daniel stands by his contract price. He is wonderful!

I called to request a quote and I received an immediate response and the job was quoted the very next day. The price was fair and the work could begin immediately. The painters took care to protect furniture and floors. They worked hard and quietly. The job was done in about 3 days as quoted. The quality of the painting was excellent. They cleaned up upon completion. The owner Daniel was very prompt in all communications and was very professional. We are very satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to others. We hope to use them again in the future to paint a fireplace.
