We hired Sanchez Paint three months ago to paint our front porch and backyard deck. They did such an outstanding job at a competitive price that we hired them again now to stain 150-feet of fence in our backyard. This is a family owned and operated enterprise with a low overhead that allows for quality work without overcharging. As I requested, Sanchez was able to perfectly match the stain for my fence with that of my neighbor. They worked diligently and professionally all day under a scorching heat to produce an outstanding job. The painters used a brush, a roller and a spray gun for two coats of stain and meticulously went over the smallest details. There was very little mess to clean up and they made sure not to get stain on the grass or house walls. They were 30 mins late but called ahead to inform. The price was reasonable and pleasant professional people was here to do the job.

This is an honest family owned and operated business that takes pride in its work and reputation and does not hire out to careless contractors who are in a hurry. We hired Sanchez Painting to repaint our deck with leftover paint and for them to paint our long porch. The affable Daniel Sanchez provided the best quality paint, which another company refused to describe in their contract along with other details of workmanship, including how many coats of paint they would use, if they would include primer, and if it would be done with brush, roller or spray gun. Leaving out these details is where others cut their costs. Sanchez Painting gave me a very competitive price which was one third lower and even half lower what other companies quoted us. We checked the weather report to make sure that it would not rain on the scheduled day or the day after. The work Sanchez Painting did under 92-degree weather consisted of pressure washing the deck and porch, sanding rough spots, spackling the wood, using primer and carefully applying two coats of paint. The porch railings and columns were meticulously painted with a small roller and a brush. The deck was painted around the edges in the same manner and the larger central part and lower posts with a spray gun. Unfortunately I have not yet seen their work yet as I have been out of town but my agent said they did a great job. It was a rather large project and involved them sanding down areas of my kitchen and bathrrom cabinets before repainting them as well as some power washing on the exterior. I felt the price was fair...especially considering how easy it is to get robbed by contractors. I would hire them again!

Daniel and his team were professional and worked long hours to complete this large job. I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants and expects an outstanding job
