+ -1 moreI purchased a GE refrigerator from JC Penney but the refrigerator was accidentally left in show mode. The gentleman from GE came out free of charge and changed the refrigerator control to consumer mode. Their customer service is local and they come out quickly. From now on, I will only buy a GE brand.
