Gaston Pools, LLC

I had my pool sandblasted to remove paint, re plastered, and new tile installed. Gaston Pools basically supplied materials and contracted all labor to another pool company. Ben from Gaston Pools did usually drop by for a few minutes each day to check progress. The initial quality was fair at best. After 1 year plaster is chipping. Gaston Pools did not register my warranty or provide me with warranty information, as required by Krystalkrete. Gaston Pools will not return my call or Email

Mr. Rugman had promptly returned my emails and was over to fix the problem the next day. He called me afterwards and explained how he went about fixing the problem. Very pleasant and prompt.

I have been using Ben Rugman of Gaston Pools for over 10 years. He did not originally build our pool but is the only person I call when there is a problem. Last year he handled the remodel of our pool that included new plaster, tile, coping, and installation of stone decking. The project was completed on time and within the original budget, it looks like a completely new pool and we could not have been more pleased. Ben is always professional, very responsive, and does the work for a very fair price. He is as careful and efficient with little problems as he is with big, expensive projects.
