No work has been done, and no materials purchased. He said that the money was used over Christmas, and asked us to give him time to try and get licensed to do our work. We declined. He has not responded to many requests for a refund other than to say he no longer has the $5000. BBB rates him F, and we have since uncovered multiple situations similar to ours."
