A&J Properties is a family owned business, that offers a full range of property management and renovation services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We believe that timely and honest communication is the key to customer service and satisfaction. You are kept up to date about your home with out the worry of having to take time out of your life to handle the task or planning that goes in to owning, or renting a home. Our family is with you from the day you decide to make a change. Our team not only offers the management of rental properties but also have the full ability to renovate any property whether, it is one that we manage, or your personal home. We start by evaluating the property to determine an optimal rental rate, that gives our customer the maximum monthly rent, while providing the best return on investment. To ensure you are kept up to date, there is always detailed documentation of the interior and exterior, including photos from any inspection or maintenance work order that we do. Our family includes Amanda who has been in property management the last four years. A graduate of College of Charleston business school and a 10 year back ground in sales and marketing. When it comes to the cosmetic improvements and renovations Mike has over 10 years of experience in ceramic and stone tile, hardwood flooring, general contracting and overall home improvements. If you can visualize it, he can bring your vision to fruition. We offer special promotions and financing options though our network of vendors and suppliers. Services we offer

We offer two different types of property management services. First is full management, we not only find you a tenant, but we manage the property on a monthly basis as well. This includes rent collection, maintenance, inspections, etc. Our other type of service is called a Non-PM (Non-Property Management). With this service, we do all of the work to find you a tenant just like full management. Once the paperwork is done and the tenant has moved in, the property is yours to manage.
