"Beware of this company, but before they start work make sure they get a permit you will lose your homeowners insurance if they do not pull one and this company will charge you for one and not get one I almost realized before it was too late. They pride themselves as a new home siding installer which means cheap and fast with poor craftsmanship. So if you have a old home needing siding just go with a real siding company, unless you do not mind paying to have trim boards misaligned and big gaps plus you get to pay to install your own trim boards and caulk since they will not do it all where is the fun in that. You are responsible to clean up the hundreds of nails left on the ground and reinstall and replace what was broken they had to remove to replace any siding. After work is started the owner will forget to return calls and emails for weeks they will only do part of the work the first time they are there as well when they do show back up they still will not finish it all and will even hack up the siding so they can install trim they forgot but will not match up with door frames and window opening since siding was cut wrong. Then even still they will have to come back to finish that is if you can get ahold of the owner which by now is hard to do, unless looking for payment even the jobs not finished we just gave up on it at least he did give us a 300 refund and a free pressure wash since the new siding came with a free mold coating installed. You will have to repaint once they are done as most of the boards will be scuffed and cracked and even footprints on the soffits so you get a reminder every time you up. There is a lot more to say but this is long winded as is. But I beg you to use someone else unless you just do not care about your house. We are looking for a different company to finish and repair what this company did I will update once I take pictures and find a good company to use. P.S. look in the dumpster when there done you may find some of your stuff in there they did not want you to reinstall."

My primary business is consulting on buildings that have construction defects that allow moisture intrusion, rot, mold, etc. I also work with builders on new buildings to assist in the sequencing and selection of products to prevent moisture intrusion, promote long-term building performance, ie., concrete curing, roof flashing, window and door installation, moisture barriers, basement waterproofing, etc.

Stucco is very challenging to DIY, so it’s always best to leave the work to professional stucco contractors. The same recommendation applies to painting a stucco house, which should be left in the reliable hands of a professional exterior painter. Inexperienced DIYers can make several critical mistakes during stucco application, such as:
Failing to apply sufficiently thick layers for longevity and water resistance
Uneven application
Uneven texture across the exterior
Mixing the stucco improperly, leaving a weak structure
Failing to texture properly in between coats, leading to cracking and chipping
In some cases, stucco siding will increase your home value. Stucco is an attractive siding option, meaning it maximizes your curb appeal. This exterior feature also comes with added benefits, such as being relatively easy and affordable to repair, making your home more energy-efficient, and making the exterior of your home fire-resistant. On average, you can expect a return on investment of around 70%.
Late fall is generally the best time of year for installing stucco siding. We don’t recommend hiring a stucco pro to apply this feature when the temperatures are below freezing, so it’s best to avoid applying stucco siding to your home during the winter. However, it’s safe to apply in hot and colder temperatures, so any other time of year is suitable. The spring and summer are the busiest times of year for stucco siding professionals, so you could save money by doing the work in the off-season: the late fall.
Many general contractors can handle adding stucco siding, but it’s best to hire a local stucco contractor as you’re more likely to get a clean finish on your stucco siding that maximizes curb appeal. Stucco can be a challenging material to work with, so hiring a professional contractor who has years of experience and specializes in stucco application is advisable. Compare price quotes from at least three stucco contractors in your area to find the right pro for your task.
The average cost of stucco siding is $5,400, ranging from $2,200 to $8,840. Stucco is worth the investment, provided you have the work done by a professional. Not only is stucco an attractive and durable siding material that boosts your home’s curb appeal, but it’s also more energy-efficient than most other siding options, it’s fire-resistant, water-resistant, and more affordable to repair down the road.
