This place is a REAL JOKE! My mother's AC went our over the weekend so they called first thing on Monday morning. They finally got a technician out Tuesday morning. The guy said he had to go get parts and would be back. That's all fine UNTIL they call at 10 minutes til 5 and tell my mother they would have to pay the additional after hour fees and all! This is INSANE. She's on her 3rd knee replacement now and her ice machine for her knee wouldn't even work it was so hot. Had to call someone else who went right out and immediately fixed the problem. Which also wasn't want Painters was saying it was! NEVER in my life could I imagine a local family business would EVER treat people this way. This was the first and last time we called them. Thanks for wasting time and letting these disabled people sit in the heat going on 3 days now. Our business will be taken else where and we will be sure to let anyone know who asks us.
