Service was done correctly the first time. I would call them again. I felt the price was a bit expensive but it is something I can't do myself so worth the money to get the job done right the first time.

I can't tell you how pleased we are with this electric company. Frustration with OTHER companies who are not on Angie's List, lead me to JOIN Angie's List TODAY. I read about this company and called at 8 am this morning--30 minutes after I joined Angie's.. Pam, the very knowledgeable receptionist, answered ALL my questions, and she could hear my frustrations and said so. She scheduled Floyd and John for 11 am today, and they not only arrived promptly but in fact arrived EARLY to my happy surprise. They were very clear in their assessment and quoted a fair price. They are not the cheapest but they are NOT the most expensive. They are fair but very efficient, finishing about 45 minutes sooner than expected. The best news is the wiring at the panel was wrong and illegal, and had burned and sparked and was very dangerous as a result. (We bought the house a year ago without knowing this.) They replaced the panel and added 3 breakers, with voltage that was correct. I am lucky they were so prompt and professional and I know there are few companies in Spartanburg area that even come close to the professionalism and knowledge as Mr. Electric. You can call Pam and you will get Help and guidance and you will tell everyone who finds they NEED a good electrician!! Thank you Angie for your online site!! Very professional team... all work done neatly and efficiently. Went above what was expected. Ran electric in wall to connect TV so wires were not showing. Excellent job !! Would definitely recommend and will use in future.

My experience with Mr. Electric was great. They came in very knowledgeable and was very quick with the service they performed. They also gave us suggestions on how to address certain fire hazards that we have in our home. I will definitely be using Mr. Electric in the future.

Pam got back to me very quickly after receiving my request for service through Angie's List. They were here within a couple hours. Lightning had struck my power box the night before, tripping several breakers, and I just wanted everything checked. Floyd was very thorough with his inspection, and Pam explained everything to me as he worked. They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for any electric service I need!

They were on time arriving and when right to work. The mattress & box springs had to be removed from the bed and as my wife & I are older Floyd & Pam (Mr. Electric) had to do that first. They reinstalled the fan using high grade material. They cleaned up after themselves wonderfully. They were very friendly and we really enjoyed them being in our home. I will use them for any future electrical work and will recommend them to anyone who also needs any electrical work.

They were prompt, clean and trustworthy. I felt comfortable enough with them to allow them to work on my home when I am not at home. High level of integrity, work ethic and pride in their performance and workmanship. I trust them implicitly. They gave me a price in advance of services performed. The prices are worth the value received. My Dad used to say "it only costs a few more bucks to go first class". They are first class and worth every penny. It was wonderful! After 2 prior estimates with other companies, this was by far the best value. Not only that, we chose to go with Mr. Electric because Floyd and Pam really listened to what we wanted & offered suggestions to meet OUR needs. They didn't push to add some high priced work that wasn't necessary. They were very safety conscious, prompt and courteous. They follow the Golden Rule in their business which is what it's all about.. We will have them return for other work and recommend them to friends and family.
