This was my second time using CertaPro. Both jobs were full home interior paint jobs. Custom service and value for the money is what sets CertaPro apart from the competition. The entire team from the owner to the project manager to the paint crew worked together to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend them to others and will continue to use them for all of my painting needs.

This company is a disgrace on how they conduct business for Rock Hill. The owner's name is Dan Kaminskis. I gave them two opportunities to get the quote right and still they got it wrong. When I confronted him about it he told me not to get my panties in a wad. That was NOT the only time he was rude,childish and unprofessional. I have never been treated with such disrespect in all my life as a paying customer. In addition the job was contracted out to some other company that I never was asked nor approved. I found out after coming home and half the painting was done. The painters had to come back 3 times to get it right on the color and material left on the surface and painted over instead of removed first. They also never completed other task he knew I wanted done. Certa Pro will not stand by its warranty or satisfaction promises. Last time I use Home Advisor for anything. I tried to explain my experience to them and they had no concern as long as they are getting paid by him to post his business.

Usd for exterior and they were excellent. We used another painting company because certa was a few thousand dollars more but they were sloppy and horrible.

They were very professional, coordinated and did a good job! I dint give a 5 cos the first time the guy got the right shade but the wrong finish for the paint.

When they give you a date they are there

they quoted a good price, gave a good work timeline and were able to honor it
