Walter's patience for working with older people who fumble with the apps on their phone to set up their sound system is phenomenal. He spent 5 hours hooking up our system (until 9 pm) and never showed impatience with all of the questions we asked him.

Good overall. The HDMI cable was not fully seated behind the TV so the cable TV wasn't working when I got home. It took me about 15 minutes to identify the issue. Everything else was fine.
