Wally was very helpful with the selection of TV's after making a trip to our home to see where we wanted them. After they came in, he came and installed them and set them up for us. One was installed over our fireplace on stone. We are very happy with how the installation went and how the TV's look and work.

Hook it Up did an excellent job at installing our in-ceiling speakers for commercial use. They were able to complete the installation promptly and then when we wanted to make modifications to the installation, they had excellent customer service and provided rapid assistance. Also, Wally, the technician, was GREAT. Highly recommend this company.

Technician (Wally) knew his stuff...fixed the problem with our surround sound and patiently walk me through the â  work aroundâ  he devised to make everything work. Showed up on time, did the work and reasonable price. 5 stars.

The cameras and the equipment was installed very well. The cameras have a very good picture. The configuration was not done very well. Testing of the system was not done and it does not recognize a person when it should. Cameras are recording in 640X368, not in the 4K resolution of the cameras. The app on the Ipad does not work. I was told that I would get a call back from 4 people letting me know the solution to a issue that I was having. It took two weeks for one call back. Still waiting for a call back from the last person that said that they would call me back. Part of the contract was "Programming and tutorial for system use". No tutorial was done. I expecting to be at least to be shown all of the screens and little explanation of each screen.

They did a good job in the installation but the price was quite high based on research and the time spent on the job.

The person that came out was excellent and went above and beyond to get my 85â TV mounted above my fireplace. He did a great job and I would highly recommend them. My only knock on them was it was a bit pricey, but well worth the confidence that I have that the job was done right. Thank you very much, you were great!

Wally, do installer worked incredibly hard. His knowledge of the job and electronics was outstanding. He also has a wonderful personality. Hook it up is lucky to have him!
