Hired to install a home theater system. All of the equipment was provided such as the speaker/stereos and the wiring. The speakers were already hanging on the wall and they were hired to simply sync the system across rooms. The sound was supposed to be synced from the living room to bedrooms and other entertainment rooms. It originally seemed like a good installation although it took 5 hours. We eventually noticed that it was not properly installed. Hook It Up came out 4-5 times to try and correct the issue but was unsuccessful. They stopped returning my calls on April 26th. Best Buy completed the installation in less than two hours for free. Hook It Up charged $450 (paid $404 with disabled veterans discount). I respect that he showed up and tried to complete the work but he did not do what he was paid to do.and is refusing to provide a refund.

These guys came out promptly. They did a great job mounting our TV’s. Very pleased with how they turned out.

The two technician and helper that came were very professional. We got another remote for our tv when we changed from Direct to Charter. He did an excellent job of programming it and stayed until the job was done. Wally was our lead tech.

I thought the cost of mounting my tv was excessive. However, the gentleman that did the work, Wally, was awesome!! He would not quit until the tv was perfectly level!! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a super job!! Thank you, Wally!!! I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a perfectionist!!!

They kept me updated as to when the tech would arrive. Unfortunately, they were unable to repair my TV but the tech checked each detail to ensure there was no resolution to the issue

Install/Upgrade Coax for HDTV and Internet. 5 new In-wall connections & replace 1 old single line coax. Service was prompt and expertly done. Serviceman was courteous and performed the work exactly as I wanted. All dust and debris was cleaned before leaving.
