Had speakers that needed to be put up they came out the same day and looked and sent quote. Once they did the job very professional the sound is great!!

The service technician arrived promptly at the time promised. He was friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and began working to fix the problem. I had 1 phone jack working in the house, and not the second. (I use mostly landline at home.) He replaced both phone lines under the house which had corrosion. Spent about 2 hours on the job. So glad to have phone lines working again! Would recommend the company.

This was a great experience! They made it easy by fixing my large TV in my home. They were reliable, responsive, and good value.

Charged to much for the work performed. Technician wasnt very knowledgable in putting a tv up on concrete. It kind of worried me. I hope the tv doesnt fall.

Extremely disappointed! Especially for the time and money I spent, as well as the technician not having his own tools for the project. I find this ridiculous as I feel a professional should have their own tools.

Hired to review physical layout of my networking equipment...he could have pushed to a lot more work but chose not to because it wasn't necessary. I appreciated his honesty and thoroughness in approach as we wound up tweaking it a bit with a new device (beacon) rather than cut more holes in the wall. Thanks Walter.

I was pleased with the end result but it took the technician several visits to to do the job due to personal issues. I felt I paid too much since the first visit did not accomplish anything for me. Plus, my time wasted due to the cancellations should have been addressed. Still, the service was friendly and short of synchronizing my remote, which seems to fall back on my cable service provider, they did what I asked them to do for internet service.

Their service was pretty fast, they knew what they were talking about. They were done before they even started!
