First impression was top notch. They came by and quoted in writing within two hours of my initial call. Also they were able to find solutions to all three runs that I needed. Other contractors only had solutions for two of the runs. That's why I picked them. I would use them again. Below are some comments for each category. One small issue is the surcharge for using a credit card. I found this unusual in this day and age. Rather than giving someone a cash discount from the quote, they charged me 5% for using credit. Other contractors at least accept Paypal. They did not. Quality - they ran the wires as promised. One hole to patch which they came afterwards and repaired with sparkle and paint. The service was friendly. Why I didn't give them a five was the wires in the crawlspace are hanging down. I would've expected that the wires would have been held up every so many feet. Not a big deal but the difference between a four and a five. Customer-they were courteous however on the day of service they were scheduled to start after 8 AM but didn't show up until nearly 10:30 AM. This would not have been a problem however the job was a full eight hours as quoted. Consequently they did not leave until after 7:15 PM on a Friday evening. Fortunately we had no plans but again this is the difference between a four and a five. On a positive note their information system kept me up to date with regular texts. Value-I had been planning this job for a few years and would have undertaken it but it would've taken me a month of weekends to do it. They did a clean job, all the speakers work however with two workers and eight hours of work each and accounting for equipment cost, it ended up working out to $80 an hour per worker. This seems high for the area. The guys were knowledgeable and efficient so I reason this is what it takes to run wires in a house that is built. However, this is the difference between four and five.

Make sure to get an exact location before mounting. They have a lot of jobs so be willing to make the 2 hour window they give you a 4 hour window. We were satisfied with the end product. They know what they are doing.

Scheduler set us up for a "free estimate" which is what we expected. Technicians diagnosed issue and proceeded to recalibrate and balance surround sound speakers. It took more than an hour to do this, and we were never asked if we wanted this to be a service call that we would pay for. What they did really helped and solved some of our issue, so I asked them how much we owed them and they charged $119. I paid without complaint, because they did work that resulted in my sound system improved, but there was definitely a lack of communication between what they were expected to do and what they did.
