The price was more than double what I had HOPED for, i.e., a fair price PLUS. We will settle for looking at the scratches rather than pay that price. Some of these vendors just do not want these small jobs and place exorbitant bids. If you accept that price - they win. If you reject that price - they win.

They were punctual, professional, reasonably-priced and the chairs look brand new!! Christopher did a beautiful job!

An appointment was made for Mr. Riddle to visit my condo and provide an estimate for furniture repair. Mr. Riddle did not show up at the agreed upon time so I called him back. He said he was still on a job and offered to come later in the day, after 5 PM which was too late for me. He then said he'd call me the next day to set up an appointment. I never heard back from him. Two weeks later I called again and left a message for him to call me to set up another appointment. I never heard back from Mr. Riddle. I wanted to give him another chance before I left my review.

I have used him a couple of times. He takes dents out of furniture and fixes stuff.

Good experience. Would certainly use this company again.

Furniture Medic came to pick up the furniture and brought it back in about a week. They were quick and efficient and did a great job. The furniture looks like its brand new again.
