Clean Sweeps Chimney Sweeps

The tech that came out to inspect my chimney (Garret) talked badly about the company, saying how they didnt like doing chimney work so they charge high prices. Then after calling them to get my estimate it took them around 5 days to send me the estimate. They asked for half the money up front. Then they rescheduled my appointment (By text!!) 20 minutes before the scheduled time. They rescheduled my appointment (By text!!) for a week later. When I asked for my money back they kept saying that it wasn't showing up in there account. So after 4 days I canceled my appointment and told them I no longer needed there services. They ended up sending me a refund check in the mail. Very unprofessional company! Ductmasters came and done the work for around $800 instead of the $1270.00 they was charging me.

The work was at about 30 feet above the ground. Garrett showed up when he said he would and completed the work as promised. This was on a hot day in July and it allowed us to close on the house as planned. Excellent work.

He did a good job and we are happy with the results. However, he came back twice to repeat measurements to make sure they were correct before it was fabricated. New cover fits perfectly and it will never rust because of the stainless steel and powder coating. We would call them again. They were friendly and courteous .

Jeremy, the owner provided the service. He was punctual, thorough, and very communicative. The living room and chimney was spotless when he completed his cleaning. He actually LISTENED, and based his recommendations for future service on our frequency of fireplace use, providing valuable information based on his 20 years of experience. He identified a cracking/water seepage issue with the crown, and provided several options to mitigate the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

I called and they were able to come out the next morning. The service did not take long and left no mess. He gave a great explanation of what he found and what future repairs might be needed. He gave several options on how I could do the repairs depending on how much I wanted to spend. I didn't feel any pressure to do the repairs immediately. The cleaning was $185 minus a $25 specially they were running (which they informed me of when I set up the appointment). The cap was $125. This was the only company that responded to emails I sent out in regards to cleaning and cap pricing.
